Self cleaning ash vacuum cleaner (2)

The technological innovation:
Specially designed to vacuum cold ash, this machine is equipped with a brand new patented technology: the SELF-CLEANING SYSTEM.

These vibrations (over 75 oscillations a second) prevent the ash from forming a thick crust on the filter. It automatically falls from the filter into the bottom of the container (figs. A and B). And moreover, the vibrations of the container compact the ash, making more space. When the level of the ash reaches the filter (fig. C) the vibrations will continue to create a space between the accumulated ash and the filter; thus the vacuum cleaner will continue to operate until the level of the ash reaches the place where the tube enters the container.
Our strengths :
The two successive filters (filter bag and filter cartridge) guarantee you truly optimal filtration; before buying a similar product check this vital point.
• The tube and nozzle assembly, 1m20 long with an inside diameter of 40mm, allows you to vacuum the whole of the fireplace.
• The container, with a capacity of 20 litres, is coated with an extra anti-corrosion layer of varnish.
• The cover is fixed onto the container by 6 easy opening clips.
• very long (3 metres) electric cable allows you to plug into the nearest electric socket.
• The motor, positioned in the filter cartridge inside the container, is extremely quiet (less than 80 dB).
Ash vacuum cleaner: ref 0810
Guarantee: 2 years
Technical specifications: 230-240 Volts / 830 Watts
Filter cartridge: ref 0810-10
Filter bag (pack of 3): ref 0810-11

Warning: Vacuum cold ash only.

This process ensures almost totally constant vacuuming power for the whole of the time you use the cleaner.
As you clean your fireplace you will notice that the container vibrates slightly. This is just the visible part of a much more important phenomenon: inside the cleaner the motor, attached under the cover in such a way as to allow it to move, is positioned inside a filter cartridge. This cartridge is covered by a second non-woven filter. A turbine fitted with an unbalance is made to rotate by the suction of the motor and causes both the motor and the filters to vibrate (fig. A).
